We are looking for Recruitment Resourcers to join our office in Knutsford. You will be joining a fast-growing, recruitment business who are a passionate about people and recruitment. Responsibilities of the Recruitment Resourcer will include:

The main focus of the role of Recruitment Resourcer is to provide day to day candidate control, candidate generation and administrative support to the recruitment team.

  • Advertising permanent and temporary roles on behalf of the Recruitment Consultants
  • Matching candidate skills to client requirements
  • Monitor responses to live adverts
  • Registering and qualifying candidates
  • Shortlist candidates to appropriate vacancies
  • Creating candidate profiles
  • Taking candidate references
  • Requesting and adding candidate ID and certificates to the database
  • Monitoring weekly timesheets
  • Conducting candidate aftercare
  • Associated administration


Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • The ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer service
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills- both verbal and written
  • The ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment
  • Ideally educated to university level (not essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • A real team player with the desire to constantly learn and “get things done”
  • The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills
  • A resilient, driven, and flexible approach
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and written with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders across the business
  • Good IT skills: the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
